Old chassis on it’s way out.

Thinking that the Land Rover chassis was on it’s way out, decided to give the old girl to a brand new galvanised one which would give her another 50 years of life. Land Rovers are VERY simple vehicles, really an over-sized Meccano set, so I didnt think it would be that difficult to dismantle and re-assemble on the new chassis. Unfortunately after nearly 50 years an aweful lot of the nuts and bolts were well and truly rusted, and a small angle grinder became my best assistant. The photos below only tell a fraction of the effort.
